How Does the Dashboard Work?
The dashboard is your central management environment. After logging in, you see an overview of all your phone numbers and the endpoints configured for each one.
From here you can:
- Switch endpoints — select a different endpoint from your address book or enter a new phone number. The change takes effect immediately.
- Toggle availability — switch team members on or off so only available people receive calls.
- Set call order — drag and drop endpoints to control who gets called first.
- Manage features — enable or disable features like welcome message, closed message, voicemail, whisper tone, and phone menu.
- View statistics — see call volumes, busiest hours, top callers, and more.
The dashboard works in any browser on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile.
