Do you have one national number but want to automatically forward calls to multiple branches or offices? Then CallFactory offers the ideal solution!

In this article, we explain the available options and provide links to documents to design your own routing.

Area Code Routing

When you use area code routing, the forwarding is based on the caller’s area code.

You determine which area codes are forwarded to which branch or employee by filling out this Excel sheet. You do this once and then don’t have to worry about it anymore.

The caller is then automatically forwarded to the correct branch or employee.

Postcode Routing

If you have multiple branches within one area code region, use our postcode routing. Callers are asked to enter their Eircode digits. Based on this postcode information, they are then forwarded to your branch in the same neighbourhood or district.

Here too, you determine which postcodes are forwarded to which branch or employee. You fill out this Excel sheet once, and we take care of the rest πŸ‘¨πŸ’»πŸ‘¨πŸ’»
