The dashboard is your central management environment. After logging in, you see an overview of all your phone numbers and the endpoints configured for each one.

From here you can:

  • Switch endpoints — select a different endpoint from your address book or enter a new phone number. The change takes effect immediately.
  • Toggle availability — switch team members on or off so only available people receive calls.
  • Set call order — drag and drop endpoints to control who gets called first.
  • Manage features — enable or disable features like welcome message, closed message, voicemail, whisper tone, and phone menu.
  • View statistics — see call volumes, busiest hours, top callers, and more.

The dashboard works in any browser on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile.
